South Florida’s International Erotic Art Festival
KICK - OFF PARTY!!!
Miami --- Tonight, the ARTundressed Festival kicks off with an Opening Reception (8pm - 10pm) for all participating Artists and the members of the Press and Media at MIAMI EVENT SPACE (MES), located at: 7610 NE 4th Court - Miami (Mimo Art District), FL 33138. Following this reception, everyone (we mean everyone) are welcome to join the Artists, The Press and Erotic Signature Staff for the official Opening Party at the WHITE ROOM (11pm - 3am), located at 1306 N. Miami Avenue (Downtown Miami). Let's start this erogenous weekend right.
The rest of the weekend kicks off on Saturday morning from 11am and the festival ends on Sunday night at 11pm. For detailed event locations and schedule, please visit our website (www.artundressed.net).
ARTundressed 2008 includes:
- Art Exhibition at two locations: MIAMI EVENT SPACE (MES) in Miami, and The World Erotic Art Museum (WEAM) in South Beach
- A Saturday Brunch and Sunday Afternoon Barbecue
- Live shows and performances; Live bands and deejays; Fashion Shows
- Body Painting, Live Drawing, Fine Art and Photography
- A Silent Art Auction during the Art Exhibition at the World Erotic Art Museum on Saturday evening to benefit The American Foundation for AIDS Research (amfAR)
- The Saturday Night Main Event: “the GOOD, the BAD, and the KINKY” Ball at PARKWEST nightclub (Downtown Miami)
- An Award Ceremony denoting the closing events on Sunday evening, and the official AfterParty.
The Art Exhibition presents:
- Over 350 international artists featured in “The World’s Greatest Erotic Art of Today” publications.
- 160 participating artists registered to showcase about 300 pieces in the Art Exhibition
- More than 60 international winning artists scheduled to attend the Festival
- A rare Nudes Collection (1979) of the Singer/Pop Star Diva: MADONNA
- Installations by world renowned artists such as: Martin H.M. Schreiber, Sorayama, H.R. Giger.
- Participation of Miami artists Laurence Gartel and Howard Austin Feld to install a full-size gallery.
- A special installation by the World Erotic Art Museum. Plus, more notable artists to be announced…
